How to Register and Complete KYC Verification

KYC verification stands for “Know Your Customer” verification.

KYC verification is a mandatory process designed to keep all users’ assets secure. It requires a valid identification document and facial recognition. Due to compliance requirements, we have implemented restrictions for the following regions: the United States, mainland China, Cuba, Iran, Russia, Syria, Singapore, and Venezuela.

1. Registration

For New Users: Tap Sign Up and enter your email address in the field provided to create your account.

one-time OTP will be sent to your registered email address.
Enter the OTP, then swipe from left to right to complete the robot verification.

If you were referred by someone or have an inviter, enter their invitation code here to link your account to them on the StandardHash app.

2. KYC Verification

After completing the registration, you can begin with the KYC verification process: enter the “Home” page and click on the Verify.

Before starting verification, the user must click “Verify Me” to agree to the terms, consent, and permissions.

2.1 Document Verification: Select the country where your document was issued.

2.2 Document Type: Choose the type of document for verification — Passport, ID Card, or Driver’s License.

2.2.1Choose how you’d like to submit your document:

· Take a live photo
· Upload from your device
· Record a video

2.2.2 Please follow these guidelines when submitting your document:

· Ensure the document is fully aligned within the frame.
· Make sure the document is valid and clearly visible.

After completing the document verification, proceed to the facial recognition:

Upon successful completion of KYC verification, users will gain unrestricted access to all platform functions.
