After completing KYC verification, users can click “Add” on the Home page to purchase hashpower and activate the mining service.
This guide explains how users can check their mining status and monitor their hashpower service operations within the platform.
1. Check Your Order Status
Tap the Profile icon on the Home page. The Profile page will slide in from the left side of the screen. Here, you can access your account settings, including:
- My Orders
- Hashpower Gift
- Partner Program
- Receiving Address

Users can select My Orders to check their order status.
If the order has been successfully completed, it will appear under Effective Orders.
If the order was not completed, it will appear under Cancelled Orders.
Important Note:
Please ensure that the payment amount matches the required amount exactly, including the decimal value. Any discrepancy may result in the platform being unable to recognize the order.

2. Check Your Hashpower Allocation and Real-Time Output
After the payment is successfully completed, users can view the amount of Hashpower purchased on the Home page.
The rolling bar displays the real-time mining output generated by the active hashpower service.

3. Monitor Hashpower Operation and Service Output
The Dashboard page displays the real-time performance curve of your hashpower and provides an overview of the service performance.
Users can monitor real-time performance data of their Hashpower service, which reflects the operational status of the underlying mining infrastructure.
Note:
The hashpower performance curve is updated hourly, therefore data may not appear immediately after a new order has been activated.

4. Check the Settlement Method
For Electricity and Operational Service Fee settlement, the system will default to Automated Settlement once an order has been successfully placed.
Users may switch to the Prepaid Settlement, which allows the mining service to operate without automatic deductions until the prepaid balance is exhausted.
Users must ensure that sufficient balance is available in the Service Fee Account to maintain continuous operation.
*Reminder:
If the Prepaid option is selected and the Remaining Run Days show 0, this indicates that the hashpower service is not currently operating due to insufficient electricity fee balance.
To continue the service, users must top up their Electricity Fee balance.
